Correction to edition 1.3: TORQUE mode

Run screen in TORQUE: the large digits show spindle speed in rpm, the gauge runs up to the Torque speed limit, and the card MOTOR CURRENT shows the current in A. AT LIMIT appears when the spindle reaches the limit. The line under the gauge shows the current at full pedal and the limit, for example 0.50 A / 300 rpm.
